Company shareholders

The company shareholders are MSC (49.23%) global leader in marine transport and logistics and majority shareholder since 29 April 2024. GIP Pegasus (39,18%) – Global Infrastructure Partners fund, specialised in long-term investments in transport and energy.
Allianz (10.04%) – Insurance-Financial  Group present in over 70 countries.
Among the Other Investing Shareholders (1.56%) there are some founding members: Luca Cordero di Montezemolo (through G.I. Globinvestment Limited), Isabella Seragnoli (through MAIS S.p.A., Coesia group) and Alberto Bombassei (through Next Investment S.r.l., founder of Brembo).
