Travelling and reception go together: all Italo personnel is focused on welcoming the passenger the moment they get into the station and be next to them throughout their trip.
Station Stewards and Hostesses regularly assist all passengers customising their service according to their needs. At the stations, you can find Italo Club’s Lounges, an ideal space where to relax comfortably before departure, work or read by connecting to our Wi-Fi. On the platforms, you can find train attendants ready to welcome on board our passengers and show them to their wagons. Moreover, in Prima and Club Executive areas, we welcome our passengers with a dedicated catering service offering espresso coffee and a tasty selection of bakery products, cakes and drinks.
