Roberto Vitto

A CFO with more than 30 years of experience across the infrastructure, transportation, telecommunications, banking, and financial services sectors, Roberto Vitto currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Italo International S.p.A.

Since 2015, he has been Chief Financial Officer of Italo, where he has played a key role in the company’s turnaround and in the Group’s major strategic transactions with international infrastructure investors.

Throughout his career, he has led complex operations in corporate finance, equity and debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, refinancing, and sustainable finance, contributing to the growth and transformation of leading companies operating in complex international environments.

Prior to joining Italo, he held increasingly senior finance positions at organizations including Wind Telecomunicazioni, Atlantia, Domus Italia, and Mercedes-Benz.

A Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor, he has also served on the governing and supervisory bodies of national pension funds in the telecommunications and energy sectors.
