    • The event “Italo for Italy: how we grow the skills that keep the country moving” kicks off, held as part of the National Made in Italy Day promoted by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT). Strengthening public–private cooperation to enhance the talent of new generations.
    • Italo has long been committed to supporting young people and educational institutions: in the past year alone, it has supported numerous scholarships and contributed to projects involving thousands of high school students.
    • For its employees, in 2025 Italo delivered over 64,000 hours of core training for operational staff, 14,000 hours on occupational health and safety, and 2,200 hours dedicated to Artificial Intelligence.
