Company shareholders

The Company’s shareholder structure includes:
MSC (49.23%), a global leader in shipping and logistics, which became the majority shareholder on 29 April 2024.
GIP Pegasus (39.18%), a fund managed by Global Infrastructure Partners, specializing in long-term investments in the transportation and energy sectors.
Allianz (10.04%), a global financial and insurance group operating in more than 70 countries.
