February 11, 2018 - ITALO – Further to our communication of February 7, 2018, ITALO Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori S.p.A. confirms that, on today’s date, the parties executed the definitive share purchase agreement in respect of all of the share capital of ITALO. The agreement - the consummation of which (closing) is conditioned upon the receipt of European antitrust clearance provided by applicable law – reflects the terms and conditions indicated in our February 7 communication.
