THE PARTNERSHIP WITH ITALIAN WINE BRANDS KICKS OFF
Rome, November 3 2025. Italian Wine Brands, one of the leading Italian wine groups and among the most active on international markets, is today a benchmark for promoting Italian wine worldwide. With a portfolio of recognized and appreciated brands, the group combines tradition and innovation, showcasing Italian winemaking excellence through high-quality experiences.
Until December 31, 2025, Grande Alberone wines by Italian Wine Brands will be served onboard Italo trains and in the Lounges of Milan, Florence, Rome, and Bologna stations.
This partnership is part of the “Italian Winery for Italo” project, an exclusive service dedicated to Club Executive, Prima Classe travelers, and holders of the Carta Italo Platinum. The goal is to offer a premium and comfortable travel experience, with a light catering service that highlights Made in Italy and the excellence of our beautiful country. LT Wine & Food Advisory, the company led by Lorenzo Tersi and entrusted with the project, is responsible for selecting and bringing onboard Italo trains and Lounges the wines from the best wineries across Italy, also giving voice to the territories they represent. It’s a sort of journey within the journey, discovering Italian style, reserved for an international audience of travelers—mainly business-oriented, lovers of the good life and quality products.
In this context, Grande Alberone presents a selection of three labels: Prosecco DOC Brut, served as an aperitif for Prima Classe and Club Executive travelers at lunch and dinner. In the station Lounges, in addition to the prosecco, Grande Alberone Bianco d’Italia and Grande Alberone Rosso d’Italia will also be offered.
With this initiative, Italo reaffirms its commitment to offering travelers an increasingly exclusive travel experience, enhancing Italian excellence and creating new synergies that focus on quality, comfort, and innovation.
