ITALO SUPPORTS GREAT ITALIAN CINEMA

Milan, January 19, 2026 – On the occasion of the World Day of Italian Cinema, scheduled for tomorrow, January 20, Italo pays tribute to cinematic genius and artistry by supporting the release of director Gabriele Muccino’s latest film. Starting January 29, his new work “Le Cose non Dette” will be screened in Italian cinemas, distributed by 01 Distribution and produced by Lotus Production with Rai Cinema and Asa Nisi Masa.

Through the Italo RedCarpet platform, Italo passengers will be able to enter a contest and win 500 Stardust® Cinema Vouchers (valid during the film’s opening weekend at cinemas belonging to the Stardust® network across Italy).Beginning at 12:00 a.m. on January 20, a dedicated page for the initiative will be available on https://redcarpet.italotreno.com/, where users can click to win tickets and go to the cinema.

Set between Rome and Morocco, “Le Cose non Dette” follows the story of Carlo and Elisa, a couple in crisis who, seeking change, decide to embark on a trip with lifelong friends Anna and Paolo and their teenage daughter. Amid unresolved tensions, secrets, and ambiguities, the vacation will challenge the characters’ balance and certainties, revealing the fragility and precariousness of their relationships. The film stars Stefano Accorsi, Miriam Leone, Claudio Santamaria, and Carolina Crescentini. A highly anticipated cinematic release, which the first 500 users accessing Italo RedCarpet will be able to enjoy for free.

The contest is part of Italo’s broader initiative to promote culture and entertainment through Italo RedCarpet, the platform created in collaboration with entertainment marketing agency QMI that, through contests and mini-games, offers exclusive cinema, music, and art experiences across Italy to registered users. Dozens of initiatives are launched annually with select, high-profile partners, designed to engage different user segments through the powerful appeal of entertainment and culture.
