The Art of Justice, justice in art

The art if justice, justice in art is the exhibition currently held in the Hercules Room (Salone d’Ercole) of The Royal Palace of Naples open until 28 January 2020.

Italo takes its passengers on this journey along two great themes, i.e. ART and JUSTICE: seventeen works that describe the evolution of Justice and how differently it has been represented in art during the ages.

The exhibition is divided into 3 sections: the first one is dedicated to the symbol of Justice and highlights the birth of Justice as an icon; the secondo one shows episodes taken from the Bible as an example of divine and human Justice. The third section – called The Myth beyond Justice – focuses on characters that after their trials have becomes mythical.
