The exhibition retraces one of the most intense chapters of the Pop Art master’s artistic research: from portraits of Afro- and Latin American drag queens in New York to the masterpieces that made Warhol a global icon, from Marilyn and Liz to Mao and Mick Jagger, as well as his most celebrated self-portraits. A journey that combines pictorial power, experimentation and striking contemporary relevance.

Over 150 works, including acrylics, drawings, screen prints and Polaroids, offer an immersive journey into Andy Warhol’s portraiture.
