The students of the second year of the Trade and Consumer Marketing course of the University of Parma have participated to the Business Game “Innovation in Loyalty Marketing: the case “Italo Più”.
Launched by Italo last November, this business game is a didactic project made for the “Loyalty Marketing and CRM” course held by Prof. Cristina Ziliani and Prof. Marco Ieva of the University of Parma.
Students had to develop and submit a plan to re-design the current loyalty programme “Italo Più”, working on both the structure of the programme and on the communication plan foreseen for its launch.
All students who reached the final stage received an Italo Gift Card to travel on Italo trains.
This is a way for Italo to be close to the local communities and bring value to young talents such as all those university students, who have accepted enthusiastically to participate to this project.
