We know that care and attention to details can make a difference in our field and therefore, together with Challenge Network, a company specialized in the field of training and event management, we have created the "Value of hospitality" course.
During the training course we will raise our employees' awareness of the importance of care for detail in providing our services and we will give them all the tools they need to achieve greater awareness of their role in order to enhance the travel experience of our customers.
Attention to details also includes awareness of their image. When we welcome customers at the station or on our trains, we represent the image of our company. For us, the Italo Uniform is a symbol of the company we belong to and its values and expression of elegance. Make-up also plays an important role in order to set a high standard of excellence. Thanks to our collaboration with The Estèe Lauder Companies, one of the world's leaders of quality skin care and makeup products, we help our resources care for and make the most of their own image, their makeup and hairstyles, in line with corporate standards.
The "Value of hospitality" course lasts a total of 14 hours, divided into two days in which the individuals will be trained:
