Recruitment steps for Plant Operators

  • Application screening: Italo reviews and evaluates all applications received to verify that the required criteria are met;
  • Pre-selection: candidates who meet the requirements will be invited to an initial structured phone interview followed by a test assessing reasoning and comprehension skills;
  • Selection: candidates who pass the previous steps will be contacted and invited to attend a selection day, which will include group exercises and a psychometric and motivational interview
  • Interview with Italo: candidates who successfully pass the previous steps will have an interview with the company, meeting recruiters and Plant Managers;
  • Medical examination: candidates who pass the previous interviews will be invited to undergo the medical examination required to certify psychophysical fitness, in accordance with the requirements set by RFI;
  • Hiring and Training: based on the selection ranking, candidates who pass the previous steps will be hired by Italo and enrolled in the Training Program for Trainee Plant Operator.

 

Obtaining railway certifications will be a necessary condition for the Trainee Plant Operator to be assigned to operational duties.
