Recruitment steps for Plant Operators
- Screening of the applications: Italo analyses and assesses all applications to verify they hold the necessary requirements;
- Pre-selection: candidates with the requirements required will be invited to undergo a psychometric test and a video interview (online);
- Selection: all candidates that have passed the previous steps will be contacted and invited to an assessment day that foresees group tests, psychometric and motivational interviews.
- Interview with Italo: all candidates that have passed the previous steps will be invited for a company interview, meet the recruiters and the plant managers
- Medical test: all candidates that have passed the previous steps will have to face a medical test necessary for the psychometric licence required according to RFI standards;
- Placement and Training: all candidates that have passed the previous steps – depending on their ranking – will be employed by Italo and will start their junior plant operator training programme.
