Our on board activities:

• Represent Italo’s brand and values in their style and attitude
• Manage the catering service on board
• Make sure the environment is neat and tidy
• Give assistance and establish a relationship with passengers based on trust
• Give information and support to passengers
• Support the Train Manager in operational activities

Skills and requirements:

• Qualification: diploma/degree
• Over 2 years of work experience is preferred
• Work sector: retail, tourism and services is preferred
• Work experience abroad is preferred 
• Good knowledge of English (B2)
• Previous experience in customer service
• Available to work on shifts and holidays
• Available to work in one of the following bases: Venice, Milan, Rome, Naples
